Refund Policy & Cancellation Protection
There is a $100 administration charge for cancellations prior to Dec. 1, 2009 (Feb. 15, 2010 for Spring Break Programs). No refunds after these dates, unless Cancellation Protection is purchased.
Cancellation Protection allows for a full, pro-rated refund, less a $50 deductible, in the event that a member is unable to commence or continue with a program for medical reasons (a note from a physician is required). Colds and flu are excluded (see Make-up Days below). Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of registration.
Missed Days
- There are no refunds or credit for missed days.
- Make up days are available where space permits. This requires participant to come on both a Saturday and a Sunday (or one day over Christmas or March Break, if space permits).
- Those on our Adult Getaway may bring their spouse or a friend in lieu of a make-up day.
- Members seeking a first make-up day will be given priority over those requiring second or third make-up days.
- There is no carry over to future years for make-ups.
